  They tell you your not allowed to open your door during the winter when they don't even pay for any of our utilities! They come in un announced and I don't pay a ton of money a month to not feel secure in my home. The price is not worth what you pay, the properties are not updated at all, floors are gross, appliances are ancient along with every cabinet in the house, they barley function. Some don't even close or have handles. Bathrooms look like they came out of a horror movie because they are so old and outdated and lime and rust doesn't come out when it's been sitting there for years on end. We constantly get late rent fee notices when it's our neighbors paying late rent, we have mentioned this to the manager, nothing has been done. We have leaky pipes and maintenance issues, they won't come for weeks & you have to repeatedly call to get some help. I'm surprised this is the first bad review.
